Job Overview

Leoforce is seeking experienced CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers to join our team. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight on a regular route, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient driving record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a team of two on a dedicated route, hauling freight to various locations
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely delivery of freight and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a safe and efficient driving record, adhering to all company policies and regulations
  • Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid CDL-A
  • At least 6 months over the road experience
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period
  • Ability to fulfill duties that require repetitive bending and reaching, etc. throughout each shift
  • Ability to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements

Benefits

  • $1,250/wk guarantee per driver
  • $0.70 per team (split)
  • $12 per stop
  • $0.08 per unit for touch freight
  • Teams have opportunity to earn $1,700+ per week
  • Weekly home time
  • Full benefits offered after 60 days
  • 401K and PTO offered after 90 days
