Project Engineer Co-op Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Engineer Co-op. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on learning experiences in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update construction plans using Bluebeam and electronic document center
  • Post and write RFIs (request for information)
  • Track and process submittals
  • Take progress photos and write executive summaries
  • Communicate with prospective bidders
  • Review submittals and shop drawings, and track and process submittals
  • Follow up with subs and suppliers
  • Execute punch lists and other job close-out procedures
Networking Opportunities:
  • Technical Tour Tuesday: Explore other job sites and learn about interesting aspects of different projects
  • Visit other job sites: See projects from other sectors, such as Education, Science/Tech, Corporate, or Healthcare
  • Mock Bid Day: Partner with other Findorff Co-ops and participate in Mock Bid Day
  • Offsite events: Findorff helps organize multiple events for Co-ops/Interns to network with other students on different projects
Qualifications and Education:

We are open to College students pursuing an undergraduate degree (traditional or nontraditional) or master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
