Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in our psychiatric observation unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide individualized care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention therapy and group facilitation to patients.
- Make recommendations for the next level of care for patients.
- Work closely with community service boards and other healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and proper care.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Licensed Mental Health Specialist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Two years' experience working in the psychiatric or mental health field.
