Job Description

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
  • Prioritize a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
  • Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care and welcome new knowledge in a rapidly changing clinical environment.

What You Will Need
  • A graduate degree from an accredited or state-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and at least one year of nursing experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to promote a positive team culture.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $38.91 - $60.31 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes full medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
