Job Summary:

As a CNA/Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, including assistance with daily routines and activities.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy.
  • Participate in the community's Life Enrichment Activities, events, and outings.
  • Administer medications as per state regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements.
  • High School Diploma or GED or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
