We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at St. Louis Children's Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Inform patients on instructions and what the procedure entails, providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Perform radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.
- Associate or Trade School Equivalency in Radiologic Technology.
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Current licensure as a Radiology Technologist in the state of Illinois.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Less than 2 years of experience in a radiology setting.
