Seeking a Fellowship-Trained Neurologist

We are expanding our state-of-the-art dementia clinic in Chandler, Arizona, and seeking a fellowship-trained neurologist specializing in Behavioral Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, or Cognitive Neurology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic, patient-centered care for individuals with Alzheimer's and related disorders in an outpatient setting.
  • Participate in research and clinical trials to advance the field of cognitive disease.
Requirements:
  • MD, DO, or MD/PhD with Board certification/eligibility in Neurology (ABPN).
  • Completed fellowship training in cognitive disease (Geriatric/Behavioral/Neuropsychiatry Neurology).
  • Azizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
