The Executive Director of Restaurant Operations is the leader of the team who establishes the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality at Plataco LLC restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant, ensuring a strong team provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
  • Find, hire, and develop employees, conduct new hire orientation, and develop training plans for each new hire.
  • Schedule and deploy the team correctly, address performance issues, assist in resolving customer issues, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of people development and a positive attitude.
  • Basic personal computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift time.
