The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and creative individual who can develop innovative strategies to stand out in the competitive real estate market. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is highly valued, and a real estate license is required for this position.
As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your transaction volume. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year. The key to success lies in building a strong client base and providing exceptional service to drive repeat business and referrals.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you'll need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.
Job Responsibilities:- Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Provide expert advice on the local real estate market and answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the process.
- Utilize technology to manage a database of customers and prospects.
- Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract new clients.
