Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosing and treating medical conditions* Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans* Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify areas for improvement* Develop and implement protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care* Participate in education and research activities to stay up-to-date on best practices and advances in medicine* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program* Graduate from a National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certified program* One year of clinical experience* Current PA licensure and prescriptive authority in the State of Texas* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification* DEA registration within six months* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Proficient time management and organizational skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and excellent customer service* Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
