Position Overview

The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing a qualified and certified Mechanical Lead (ML).

Note: This role necessitates a valid Top Secret security clearance.


Key Responsibilities
  • The Mechanical Lead (ML) must be adequately trained and certified.
Required Qualifications

The candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications:

a. A minimum of seven years of proven experience in the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of commercial mechanical systems, including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, compressors, pumps, motors, and domestic water systems.
b. At least seven years of demonstrated experience with commercial boilers (natural gas and oil) with a capacity of at least 250 horsepower.
c. A minimum of seven years of experience with commercial control systems.
d. Five years of practical knowledge in:
1. Commercial water treatment (non-potable)
2. Backflow prevention systems
3. Domestic water and building sewage systems
4. Natural gas and diesel distribution systems
5. Refrigeration systems (both split and packaged)

Note: This role necessitates a valid Top Secret security clearance.
