CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is in search of experienced Senior .NET Application Developers to contribute to our client's innovative projects through a long-term engagement. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of web-based applications and services utilizing advanced .NET frameworks. Collaboration with business analysts, product stakeholders, and fellow developers is crucial to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client expectations and requirements. Adherence to coding best practices, security protocols, and performance standards is imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Development: Architect, develop, and sustain on-premise web applications and services leveraging C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- User Interface Development: Create and implement front-end functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to ensure optimal user engagement.
- Code Maintenance: Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to SOLID principles and established design patterns.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, engage in code reviews, and assist in integration testing with other teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing tools such as Visual Studio, Fiddler, Postman, and Azure DevOps.
- Technical Documentation: Effectively document and communicate technical specifications and requirements using tools like Visio, Word, and Excel.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in full-stack .NET development.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Comprehensive knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, and WCF.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code quality assurance tools.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD practices.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
