Schedule:

2-3 days a week, 7pm-11pm

Position Summary:

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide housekeeping and laundry services, shop for food and other household requirements, prepare and serve meals and snacks, assist patients with personal services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, transport clients to and from therapies, doctor appointments, stores, etc, accompany clients to entertainment and recreational activities, observe and report on patient condition, and perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
