Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Massachusetts

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality clinical services to patients in various settings in the community. This is an ongoing opportunity with 20 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and the possibility of travel within our geographic area.
About the Role- This position involves delivering patient care according to organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice.
- The admissions process and case management responsibilities will be performed in accordance with Mass General Brigham Home Care's policies and standards of practice.
In this role, you will assess, teach, treat, document, and coordinate care while demonstrating high-quality customer service and financial awareness.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an approved School of Nursing.
- A current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting.
