We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Longview Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation journey of our patients, providing specialized care and treatment to help them recover from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve rehabilitation goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
  • ASHA certification or eligibility for certification
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
