A dynamic and growing non-profit healthcare center in Texas is seeking a skilled Child Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their team. As a key member of the clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents in need. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will be involved in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions in children and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and guidance will also be invaluable in mentoring and supervising mid-level NP's.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry, with at least two years of experience working with youth or children. Board certification is required, and licensure in the state of Texas is essential. In addition to your medical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary, bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Federal student loan repayment may also be available to eligible candidates.
