Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Perfusionist to join our team in Reno, Nevada. As a Staff Perfusionist, you will be responsible for providing expert perfusion services to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. You will work closely with our team of clinicians to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert perfusion services to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures
• Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement effective perfusion strategies
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate potential risks
• Monitor and maintain perfusion equipment and supplies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited American school
• American Board certification (CCP) or CCP eligibility
• Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with blood management is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Reno, NV or the immediate surrounding area
