We are seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
  • Developing treatment plans based on evaluation results, physician's orders, and recommended goals
  • Educating and instructing patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living
