Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support our warehouse operations and logistics. The primary focus of this role is to ensure efficient handling of materials, order management, and inventory oversight. Our objective is to enhance operational efficiency, drive profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee job schedules two days in advance, prepare and stage materials, and communicate updates to management.
  • Ensure all required materials and equipment for the following day are organized to achieve a swift turnaround time.
  • Track and confirm that all inventory and equipment leaving the facility is accurately documented and allocated to the correct job.
  • Provide management with insights on process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for loss prevention.
  • Train and mentor junior inventory staff.
  • Compile and analyze inventory reports.
  • Address any challenges or obstacles encountered in the inventory process.
  • Anticipate future inventory needs.
  • Deliver equipment to job sites and assist with on-site logistics as necessary.
  • Document returned materials from technicians and ensure proper restocking.
  • Identify overstocked or short items, manage returns, and report findings to management.
  • Review, categorize, and manage stock orders.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist installation teams with loading and unloading vehicles.
