The Adventure Park is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recreation Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our park operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the park's aerial trails and equipment
- Provide coaching and guidance to guests on park rules and safety procedures
- Assist with park maintenance and grounds keeping
- Engage with guests to provide a high-quality, memorable outdoor experience
- Respond to customer complaints and emergency situations
Requirements:
- Ability to work at height in all seasonal weather conditions
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
