Executive Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Stock Plan Expert to join our team as an Executive Services Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for senior executives of all US stock plan administration and transfer agency clients who are exercising options or selling securities.

About the Position

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Services Specialist, you will process executive trades, prepare and timely file SEC regulatory paperwork, answer technical stock plan questions from executives or their representatives, and communicate transaction details to pertinent parties.

Key Responsibilities:

•Process executive trades and prepare SEC regulatory paperwork within tight deadlines.

•Support executives or their representatives with technical stock plan questions, providing clear and effective solutions.

•Communicate transaction details to relevant parties, ensuring seamless execution of transactions.

•Manage daily administration of 10b5-1 plans and Equate+ clients, accurately recording all details and properly accounting for new, modified, and terminated/expired plans.

•Conduct research and make outbound calls for expiring option programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training is required. Direct experience supporting stock plan administration, knowledge of equity compensation plans, the stock market settlement process, and all award types are also essential. A CEP certification and FINRA Series 7 are preferred qualifications.
