  • Operations and Customer Service: Support the GM in all people and operations areas, ensuring that our customers receive great food, great service, and a great overall experience.
  • Performance and Growth: Work with the team to achieve sales and profit goals, and continuously improve store operations to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of one year of experience leading people, preferably in a foodservice environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED (some college experience or military background is a plus).
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of food safety procedures and standards, and flexible work availability.

Physical Demands:

  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain and extreme temperatures.
