Job Summary

The Clinical Applications Analyst will provide operational, consultative, and collaborative functions within Information Solutions at MUSC Health & Medical University of SC. This role assists with the implementation and maintenance of clinical programs, system updates, and operational end-user support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain clinical programs and system updates.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end-users.
  • Maintain professional standards and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma and two years of directly related experience (IS or clinical) or a bachelor's degree in a related field (IS, business, or clinical).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid, and Procedural areas is highly preferred.
