Responsibilities
  • Document Patient Care: Accurately document patient observations and care provided in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide Basic Nursing Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with Patient Transfers: Safely transfer patients to and from wheelchairs, beds, and other equipment.
  • Monitor Patient Symptoms: Observe and record patient symptoms, including pain, nausea, and vomiting.
  • Support Patient Care Planning: Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure patient needs are met.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: IV Certified and current BLS certification.
