Health Information Management Specialist Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Coder Senior to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current and high-quality ICD-10 CM/PCS coding for all inpatient diagnoses and procedural occurrences.
Key Responsibilities- Abstract data into CHRISTUS Health electronic medical record systems, verifying accurate patient dispositions and physician data.
- Collaborate with HIM and Clinical Documentation Specialists to ensure accurate and complete physician documentation.
- Work closely with various teams to reduce denials and ensure accurate billing.
- Consistent coding accuracy rate of 95% or better.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Guidelines for Coding and Reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
