Senior Clinical Supervisor RN Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Supervisor to join our team at St Alexius Health Devils Lake Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to staff members across various departments.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work as a clinical supervisor for all departments, coordinating staffing and serving as a subject matter expert in clinical nursing. You will also act as a resource for staff and ensure that our patients receive high-quality care.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a house supervisor or manager, with travel experience required.
- Preferable background in ED/Trauma, but we will consider candidates with MS/ICU experience.
- Ability to arrange transfers, mix medications, and provide clinical guidance to staff.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-scheduling allowed, but must meet staffing needs and be flexible with shift changes.
Additional Information
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as:

Location and Schedule
This role requires working in a dynamic hospital environment, with a varied schedule that includes 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends. You will have access to modern facilities, including a non-managed bed management system and Meditech EMR software.
