Logistics Equipment Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Equipment Supervisor to join our team at Federal Express Corporation. As a Logistics Equipment Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, supervise a team of technicians, and ensure equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform daily maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance, including maintenance support, and 6 years' combined experience in industrial maintenance and people management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Quality (QDM) driven equipment and/or process improvements.
- Knowledge of mechanical power transmission, electrical power, and machine controls.
- Leadership experience, including project team management and supervising lower-level employees.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
