Job Title: MRI Technologist

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and be able to operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and coils on the MRI table to ensure accurate and safe imaging.
  • Inject contrast media as required to enhance image quality.
  • Set technical parameters and observe image data on computer monitors during scans.
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
