Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Cardiac Cath Lab department. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Cardiac Cath Lab care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
