Experienced Auto Body Technician Wanted for Prestigious Collision Repair Team

At Gerber Collision & Glass, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle restoration. As an experienced Auto Body Technician, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal by ensuring that every vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and be able to work with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assessing damage, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Consistent Execution of Quality Standards
- Plan and Prepare Cost Estimates for Customers
- Disassemble, Repair, and Reassemble Vehicles
- Realign Car Chassis and Frames
- Replace Damaged Sections with New or Aftermarket Parts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Successful Completion of Technical School Program or 3-Year Apprenticeship as an Auto Body Repairer
- Ability to Read Job Orders and Work with Minimal Supervision
- Strong Understanding of Methods and Procedures for Vehicle Body Repair
- Ability to Lift Up to 30 Pounds and Visually Inspect Vehicle Damage
