Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and objectives.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuing education activities to stay current with best practices in the field.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for or possession of state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
