Position Overview: CT Technologist - PRN Rotating

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radiation detection and imaging technology. This role requires providing high-quality care to patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors, in accordance with departmental standards. The individual will complete established competencies for the role within the designated introductory period and perform other related tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate high-quality imaging results in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Complete necessary examinations and transmit studies to the reading station for radiologist evaluation, ensuring all associated documentation is completed.

Educational Requirements

Required: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.

Experience Requirements

Preferred: 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Certification Requirements

Required: ARRT (R) certification and documentation of CT training and experience; must obtain CT Registry within one year of employment; BLS certification; state licensure if applicable.
