Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving beverages with a smile.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, dining area, and surrounding spaces.
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
• Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
