Job Overview:

This role is responsible for assessing, analyzing, and recommending quality and clinical performance improvement processes to ensure exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role:
This position involves identifying and prioritizing clinical cases, performing daily chart abstraction, and engaging with care managers, social workers, physicians, and external vendors to ensure continuity of care. The successful candidate will also aggregate and clinically analyze quality and value metric data, create clinical quality and value dashboards, and develop slide decks to share trend information with key stakeholders. Additionally, this role will participate in Performance Improvement activities to enhance care delivery, clinical outcomes, and clinical efficiency.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, valid California RN license, and at least two years of prior clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory healthcare setting. A Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred. You should also have experience in support of quality improvement, process improvement, or total quality measurement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential for this position.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $97,555 - $155,683, depending on experience. Cedars-Sinai offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
