Responsibilities of Our Product Consultants

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients throughout their vehicle purchasing journey
  • Highlight the features and warranties of Checkered Flag's vehicles, and accompany clients on test drives
  • Address any inquiries from customers regarding vehicles, financing options, and purchasing procedures
  • Assess potential buyers by understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable vehicles
  • Keep abreast of manufacturer training to maintain expertise on all available vehicles

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years

Significant violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
