About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back of House Team Member to join our team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and presentation are consistently met.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Contribute to the success of our team by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
