Job Title: Music Ministry Leader

Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Music Ministry Leader to oversee our worship arts team, develop our music library, and lead engaging Sunday services that inspire and uplift our congregation. The ideal candidate will be a skilled musician, leader, and communicator who can collaborate with our Lead Pastor to design meaningful worship experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead our praise team, including recruiting and mentoring members
  • Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to plan and coordinate Sunday services, incorporating sermon themes and liturgical calendar
  • Maintain and expand our worship song library, ensuring adherence to RCA standards and confessions
  • Grow our worship ministry by introducing new styles and traditions while maintaining our rich heritage


Requirements:
  • Strong musical talent and leadership ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Familiarity with Christian worship practices and theology
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
