We are seeking an experienced Water and Fire Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for leading restoration efforts and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Lead restoration efforts and supervise production technicians
• Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards
• Manage job files and ensure accurate project details
• Control costs and ensure quality control

• 2+ years of experience in water and fire restoration
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
