Key Responsibilities

The Role We are seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) to become part of our team and engage with the residents of a senior living facility that provides one or more of the following care environments: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services for the residents at this facility are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

As a CPTA, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering physical therapy and wellness services for elderly individuals under the guidance of a Physical Therapist Upholding professional practices and ethical standards in line with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives Contributing to program development, quality enhancement, and problem-solving efforts Assisting in optimizing each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction

Your Work Schedule
While our facilities generally operate from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, our flexible scheduling allows you to create a timetable that suits your individual lifestyle.
