Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of technicians and interns, and creating and managing prescriber relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Manage the financial performance of locations, including profit and loss, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and interns, including engagement, hiring, and training.
- Prescriber Relationships
- Create and manage relationships with prescribers to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Patient Care
- Assist patients with medical-related issues and provide healthcare counseling.
- Build patient and provider trust and loyalty by addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and questions.
- Business Development
- Exercise out-of-the-box thinking to identify new ways to improve and grow the business.
Requirements
- Active NYS pharmacist license.
- Certified to administer immunizations.
