Avera, a leading health system, is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Platte Health Center. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of Moving Health Forward.

About the Role

  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including vital sign measurements and medical history documentation.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Observe, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to medications and treatments to our healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant Certification or LPN licensure
  • Previous clinic experience preferred
