LPN Nurse Care Partner

Montereau of Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled LPN Nurse Care Partner to support Health Center nursing operations and ensure high-quality care to residents, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse Management Team in leading and managing Nurse Care Partners and Care Partners to deliver exceptional resident service, care, and satisfaction.
- Oversee and monitor Montereau wound protocol, including auditing skin assessments, conducting wound rounds, and implementing treatment orders.
- Partner with the Health Services Interdisciplinary Team to evaluate resident care operations and implement changes to improve programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the Risk Assessment Committee to develop reports and recommendations for the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of skilled nursing experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or hospital environment.
- Previous experience working with federal, state, and local nursing services regulations and analyzing statistical reports.
- Current State of Oklahoma LPN license and CPR/First Aid certification.
