About the Opportunity

The OPCO Skilled Management Rapid Response Team (RRT) program is designed to address the increased need for licensed and certified medical professionals within healthcare facilities experiencing a surge due to a disaster or other organizational challenges.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Aide to join our RRT program. As a member of our team, you will be temporarily deployed to nursing home facilities to provide patient care. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility's established policies and procedures, nursing care procedures, and safety rules and regulations.
  • Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
  • Verify the identification of a resident before administering nursing care or serving food, to assure that appropriate care is being provided to the correct resident.
  • Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
  • Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables, and assure that water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water, and within the resident's reach.
Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Aide license in practicing state.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Excellent attendance and customer-service advocate.
