This part-time position requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual to work afternoon/evening hours starting immediately. The role involves assisting with campus maintenance, safety, and events under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

• Perform basic & routine tasks to ensure:
  • Campus safety
  • Campus cleanliness
  • Well maintained and functional facilities
  • Well maintained and functional grounds and landscaping
• Facilitate event set-ups, teardowns, and special projects with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to perform custodial tasks and duties.
• Ability to self-start, think ahead, and take initiative with duties and responsibilities.
• Successfully pass DOJ fingerprinting / background screening.
• Valid driver license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
• Customer-focused attitude in dealing with a variety of stakeholders and constituents.
• Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English.
• Experience using email and other basic computer programs (Google, Microsoft, etc.).
