Housekeeping Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our facilities team at Ud Lodging LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness standards across all areas of our properties, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the housekeeping department
• Schedule and oversee cleaning tasks
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards
• Assist housekeepers with room preparation and maintenance
• Clean and maintain all facilities to meet high cleanliness standards within set timeframes
• Promote excellent customer service throughout the property
• Create daily job lists and record serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues promptly
• Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently
• Monitor consumable stock levels and reorder as necessary
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
