Job Summary

Christus Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including routine and advanced imaging techniques. You will work closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
  • Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe positioning.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure high-quality imaging procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Current registration from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
  • Current state licensure required.
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association) required.
