Medical Laboratory Technician

Seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in a dynamic laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong Blood Banking, chemistry, and hematology skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct various laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking, chemistry, and hematology
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures, participating in ongoing education and training
Requirements
• ASCP/AMT certification
• 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
