Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication reminders and prepare food as needed
  • Assist clients with walking, medical appointments, and shopping
  • Assist clients with cleaning and laundry as needed
  • Assist clients with prescribed exercise programs and range of motion exercises
  • Assist clients with simple dressing changes and wound care
Requirements
  • Valid Home Health Aide Certificate
  • Physical Examination, including TB test, titers, and drug test (not older than 6 months)
  • Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' addresses
