Job Title: Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team at Global Ambassadors Language Academy (PSI Solutions). As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our students and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical assistance to students and staff, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic medical procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and communicating with healthcare providers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Diploma from an accredited medical assistant program.
  • Experience caring for children is strongly preferred.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred, or understanding of Spanish communication.
  • Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocol.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Collaborative, constructive team building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
