Job Title: Project Manager - Change Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project budgets.
  • Execute project tasks, mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and manage resources to meet project goals and deliverables.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts, analysts, and other participants to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide project updates and communicate effectively to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor Business Analysts and provide feedback for performance reviews and development plans.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Financial Services Industry experience and knowledge of Custody operations are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
